Through, Inc. Fall Festival Vendor Application
If you would like to be a vendor at this year’s Fall Festival, please read this information and then fill out the form below.
The festival is September 21 from 10am-3pm. Set up will be that morning 7:30-9:30am
We ask that vendors stay the entire time.
Vendor application will close September 14 or when spaces are full. If spaces fill up before the deadline, we will provide a waiting list application and contact those vendors if a space opens.
All vendor applications will be reviewed to ensure your product is the right fit for the event.
We understand that vendors representing the same company may carry different inventory, but because of space limitations we will only accept one representative from each company.
Fee is $20 per space and a donated item for the basket give away. Each space is 10ft x 10ft.
VENDORS ARE OUTSIDE THIS YEAR. Vendors must bring their own table(s), chair(s), and/or pop up, if desired. (There will be none available on the day of the event.)
PLEASE PROVIDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE EVENT. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
